What type of air filters and fridge filters do you use? Are they energy efficient and high quality?

Our current recommendation is to use a filter with a Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value (MERV) of 13, but a MERV 14 (or better) filter Is preferred. Of course, the ultimate choice needs to take the capabilities of the HVAC systems into consideration. This is why we will tailor each home to their specific needs for the most efficient and clean air possible.

How do I schedule and manage appointments for these maintenance tasks? Is it a flexible process?

What safety measures do your technicians follow when entering homes, especially in the context of ongoing health concern?

At Home Pro we have a strict wellness policy for our technicians. But also, during times of high sickness and overall health for our technicians to protect from contaminates like dust/dander/pollen masks will be worn while preforming our cleaning services.

Can I request customized schedules for maintenance, or do you offer any reminders to ensure I never miss a service appointment?

Yes! Since you are personally working with our scheduler to find the perfect time that works for your service appointment, We will find a time that works for you. We also send out text reminders when your technicians is on his way to your house in order to ensure safety and good communication on both ends.

What happens if I encounter an issue or need emergency service between scheduled maintenance appointments?

Although we are not a HVAC or Plumbing repair company we also offer a concierge service to be there as a first call for issues such as these. Reach out and send us an email and we will discuss more of these options to get you set up for TOTAL peace of mind.

Are your technicians trained and certified for the specific services you offer, and can you provide references or testimonials from satisfied customers?

Can you explain the benefits of regular AC coil cleaning in terms of energy savings and air quality?

Regular AC Coil cleaning removes counterproductive dirt and oxidation on air conditioning coils. When fins and coils are clean, air circulates more fully and AC systems operate and cool more efficiently, reducing the unit's power consumption.
